If this veteran happened to purchase advanced warfare only to play this weekend  (on ps4, saw it for $25), what should he expect?

I've not played COD for along time.  The last time I played it randomly at a friends house and promptly dominated a free for all like old times, having not played in 3 or
4 years.  I get that this sounds jerkish and plenty of you that I've played with can stomp me (looking at you hark, kind of), but this is true.

FYI- I quit this game because i realized it wasn't good for my health, nor marriage.  When you become "god-like" (little g) at a game, it's hard not to want to play it.  I have 5 days to play whatever, and this, along with Witcher 3  seemed like a good option.

What is the state of the game?

If you are going to play Witcher 3 and like that type of game, it could probably fill your 5 days by itself.
