Yeah, and that teasing subject line doesn't help, Sparhawk.  Really made it seem like it had appeared there already.  Grrrr.

I just played for a little bit, but didn't know what the hell I was doing. I played a Head-to-Head match with some random user. I was a German, he was an American. The demo-level is relatively small, but is populated with a number of different vehicles and buildings. You play in 3rd person, accessing different weapons and trucks in an attempt to either kill your opponent or take over his base. I basically just moved around testing how many things I could blow up. The graphics are pretty basic for a 360 game, but I gues they do the job. More damning to me is that movement is really slow, although I did finally find a "run" button near the end of the demo.

There were a whole bunch of controls that I didn't understand-- one button brought up a circular overlay filled with options. I clicked on one and a tank appeared. I clicked on another and I was able to launch an airstirke. I'm not certain how you use these things effectively, however.

I'll give it another go later, but for now I found it all a bit confusing.

Single player too, or just a multiplayer demo?

Multi only.

Got in a quick round, and it pretty much bargain-binned the game for me (before, I had slight interest, but much more in GR).  It's okay fun, but the weapons aren't very visceral, the sound is meh, and the text is extraordinarily blurry on my non-HD set (I'd blame my TV, but I have no problem with any other game being this unreadable).  I'll probably get in a few more rounds, but my initial feeling is that if I pick up GR:AW tomorrow, this is indefinitely on hold.

Okay just played a match and I had fun.  I rather try this Demo with GT/OO instead of random folks.  I think that when this game will shine
