I seriously laughed out loud while watching this trailer.

I realize that Hudson Soft had to essentially "sell-out" to the stereotypical Xbox 360 owner, but man, they could have made it look better than this.  Uninspired metallic textures ftw.

Maybe it's the transformation of cutesy, bright-colored Bomberman to hardcore, gritty cyborg; something feels so incredibly queer I laughed throughout the trailer.

The guy demoing it was REALLY REALLY trying to sell me on how "Cool and hip" this new Bomberman is, which will "help it sell to young people".  Right.

It got an outstanding 4/10 in the last issue of OXM.  That says enough right there.   :?

What the fuck did they do to Bomberman?!

I mean it.  Seriously.  WHAT THE FLIPPIN 'ELL?!

...this, boys and girls, is why I never take anyone seriously if they use the phrase "kiddie games" and "Nintendo" in the same sentence.  Because they're implying that we need this kind of bullshit just so it's no longer a "kiddie" game.

I'll stick with good old Bomberman on the Cube, TYVM.

When I want bomberman I'll be sure to fire up my SNES emulator and ignore the fact that their new version exists.

Vote with your dollars, as people are so fond of saying these days.

I thought it was "Vote with your dollars - pay off a politician."  I might have that mixed up...

You know, they could have released a Live Arcade version of old school Bomberman with four-player online for $10 and I'm sure it would have made a hell of a lot more money than this piece of shit they are trying to unleash.

This is like that pirate game from Akella that had the Disney Pirates of the Carribbean name tacked on at the last minute just to cash in on the movie name.

It's like another game was being developed and someone decided to tack on the Bomberman name just to cash in on the franchise.

What the hell was that?  Yikes.  TML made me watch it last night . . . and I couldn't laugh because I was so disappointed.

I like Gator's idea - release an old school Bomberman release with multiplayer over Live and I'm sure it would sell better than this title.

Speaking of Bomberman, Atlus is bringing Bomberman Land Touch! for the DS to the US.
