That's gonna be sweet.  I may have to get that on both the 360 and PC.

Gears of War looks pretty sweet too.

Montage of titles followed by gameplay of NFS.  Does that mean the rest are target renders and NFS is no shit in game footage?

Yeah, but they have been for a while now.  Here's hoping that Burnout comes out for the 360 and looks even better.

He certainly makes it sound like it's not just FFXI that's going to the 360.

FFXI was specifically the only FF title mentioned.  Unless 360 really takes off in Japan I think we'll see some other titles go to 360 a la FF: Crystal Chronicles but the main FF series staying with Sony.

Did I miss it or was PD0 not  featured?  If not- it must be in pretty serious trouble.

Well, I forget what I was going to say after the site croaked for a bit.  Oh yeah...barely any of the flagship game was shown...Perfect Dark Zero.  That does not bode well honestly...they showed a lot of Kameo, which means it much be farther along.

Some of PDZ was shown in the montage at the end of the conference...that was the only glimpse of it.

Well, in Kameo's defense we've actually been looking at footage of it for years smile  Looks very nice though.

Oblivion looked the farthest along (which is a good sign).  Probably because they started development way before devkits were even available.

All I want to know is...

Steel Battalion 360?  Tongue

Seriously though, if they put out a non game specific monster controller like the SB controller, I would still buy it and SB to go with it.

I mean, all those light up buttons and two sticks would be useful for many games.  If they release such a beast early, other game makers might adopt it and have games out for it by the console's mid life.

Or, if they released a standardized set of specifications, much like a normal controller, third party manufacturers could get in on the action.

Well I was majorly underwelmed. Lukewarm games (the only ones  I'm interested in are also coming to the pc), Average graphics for the most part, and a whole bunch of crap for non-gamers

YES!

It's not a launch game...it is a "launch window" game.  This means it will be out before the end of what Microsoft is calling a window, which could be 3 months after release.  My guess is that if the system is coming out in November that this game will be coming before the end of the year.
