I wouldn't unless you want to take a chance that it will mess up your computer.  It's all a roll of the dice....

Well....
I just picked this up used from EB last night for a whole $5.99.

I wonder if I should even install it?  :?

you picked up the brand new $30 part 2 of this series for $5? or do you mean you picked up the original version for that price? if it was the new one, how did you get it for $5??? :?:

It was indeed "2"

The dual-jewel case had the "2" manual in it, but the used label on it said "Superpower"

It was obviously a goof on their part, and they initially gave me the first games' cd, but I corrected them, and they gave me the newer games' cd's.

In other words......they mis-labeled it as the original game, and priced it as such  retard

Even though the game is getting dissed, i'm stoked about getting it so cheap  ninja

Roll the dice and let us know how it goes.   biggrin

Tom Chick tore into it in his review, doesn't look too good for this game.  The fact that it uses Starforce is just an extra kick in the nuts to the fans of this series.

Too bad. The impressions in this thread make the game sound good, but i am not going to dl the demo (much less buy the game) if i have to install starforce with it.

I may just install it on one of my "gaming" PC's instead of this everyday internet machine.

The best part of buying this used, is that i'm not helping support the company and Starforce  biggrin
