The rumored Suikoden V is shown below.  It's the preview of demo that Konami will show during the upcoming Tokyo Game Show at Makuhari Messe, starting September 17.  The 1st link for the scan went down fast, let's see how long this will last....

Is Rhapsodia the JP name for this?  Is this truly a Suikoden game, or one that will be marketed as such in the US?

No, in Japan its Gensosuikoden.  You can see in the center "Gensosuikoden V"

Sorry..I meant for the trailers.  The trailers match what we posted for screens, but I saw no mention of Suikoden (or Gensosuikoden) in the trailers, just Rhapsodia.  I was curious if Rhapsodia was getting a title change for US shores to be Suikoden Tactics...

Rhapsodia is the Japanese name for Suikoden Tactics.  It's definitely from the Suikoden series, as it uses characters and places from Suikoden 4, and the runes and elemental magics play a role.  I don't know the reasoning behind calling it Rhapsodia in Japan.

Gamespot has some information about Suikoden 5 here.  Given the poor reception Suikoden 4 got in both the US and Japan, I'd imagine Suikoden 5 will be quite different than 4.  Then again, they are basing Tactics on 4, so who knows?
