So did anyone try the demo for the xbox 360 (not sure if it's made for the ps3)?

I gave it a whirl not thinking much about it.  Turns out it was pretty fun.  It feels like I was watching a Saturday Morning cartoon.

I just hate the voice of yoda though.

I played the demo but assumed it was aimed at the 10 and under crowd.

one of the worse star wars games i have played, and that's saying something...your teams AI was walking into the blocks, the camera wouldn't catch up with the action(when you was on that bridge reflecting the missiles)..and controls were terrible...and yes Yoda pissed me right off in those 20 or so minutes

Tried the demo.  I'm not a fan of LEGO Star Wars gameplay so I didn't like this much either.

I am a fan of Star Wars Lego, and I still thought this was pretty awful.

It's...umm.... *cough* from Krome studios.  Roll Eyes That about sums it up and my kids and I will most certainly be skipping it.

I couldn't quite get the feel of the demo. I like the clone trooper level better than the Jedi level, though I enjoyed the style and presentation (and I've been a big fan of the Clone Wars TV series).

I kept missing my targets in Jedi mode and really couldn't get the hang or beat of combos on that level. It felt wierd controlling droids by jumping on their heads and shoving my lightsaber in to take command, but it worked as a game element.

The Clone Trooper level was a bit more fun, and the character control was a lot like smash TV, left stick to move, right stick to shoot. Had some puzzles to solve there that I liked.

Overall it was okay, but I'd certainly be waiting on reviews. Right now it almost feels like one team was designing one set of levels, and the Jedi levels were done by another that was given all the details about the engine, but didn't talk to the first team until after all their work was in. (ugh, worst sentence ever...but I think I get my point across)

My seven-year old loved it, so I'll get it for him when the price is right. I liked the Clonetrooper levels quite a bit, but the Jedi side seemed poorly put together.
