Yay and boo both. This is currently my favorite series by a wide margin. However these guys build games at the speed of glaciers and if they are starting with a new engine it will be quite a while before we see this.

isn't that more or less how call of pripyat was made? open world exploration with lots of different ai interactions? throw in some vehicles and co-op and that's pretty much what i remember being hyped for all those years back.

yeah, but dang, they really need to use a new engine. I'd like them to maybe create a fictional setup of a real city somewhere else that had some similar type of incident or something. Frankly, I'm tired of ukranian accents or whatever it is. |

I really hope they finally get some sense and have an option to turn off headbob. Their unexplainable stubbornness on the issue baffles me. I remember the devs talking down to people on the official forums for even daring to suggest the option to turn off headbob. Thanks to the motion sickness it gives me I have never made it past the first 30 minutes of the first STALKER.

If they did I failed to find it. I searched the main mod site for an hour one day and came up with nothing. I always heard there was one. I have not looked in quite awhile though.

Grimwar I hope the mod lets you play this. If it does you have 3 great games to enjoy. This is my fav series by far. Glad to hear they are moving away from the faction stuff. I always just ignored that anyway.

Well it's more like they are working really cheaply to try and convince some investor that put a bit of money into it, hopefully they will, always loved the premise of STALKER although I never really got very into any of the sequels. The first one I did enjoy a lot but it was not quite the revolution I had let myself be hyped for.
