Unfortunately, it's not coming out until February. This is probably a good thing though, as it no doubt would have gotten buried in the rush of fall releases.

There's a demo on PSN now, and it's a different (and much longer) one than the demo included with the Ratchet & Clank Collection. You get to play as Sly, Bentley, and Murray in the first area of the game. It looks like the new developer nailed the look and feel of the original games, and the price is only $40, so I'll be preordering this one soon.

I loved the first Sly Cooper but every subsequent game slightly less. The problem was I enjoyed playing as Sly but didn’t care for the other gameplay modes. I hope this one moves back towards the original and limits playing as the side characters.

I believe the design for this game will be similar to Sly 2, where Sly gets the lion's share of play time, but Murray and Bentley get their own levels too.
