I really, really want to play this...but I find the camera is all over the place.  Having trouble controlling my view either driving or on foot.

Is there any way to make the camera behave a little more--any setup that'll make it be like it was in Vice City, for example?

It's been a few years since I've played those, but I really don't remember the camera changing much at all between VC and San Andreas.  Isn't it just third person controlled by the mouse?
