Holy shit, I haven't heard that song in years. Great tune. i've had that album ( You'd Prefer an Astronaut) since its release 13 years ago...picked it up when i was a sophomore in high school and still love listening to it today. i was really surprised to hear 'Hum' popping up in those recent Cadillac ads where they talk about your car turning you on...great choice though

Thanks to CSLs thread, I checked wiki to see the downloadable songs. Wow. Just brilliant. Next time I'm at my neighbor's house, I'm gonna pay him to pull down The Clash "I fought the Law." I can't wait!

Black Crowes : Hard to Handle
This is already DLC. Sure, it isn't a Master, but the song is there. You know what else would be a good song for the game? Molly Hatchet - Flirting with Disaster. That would be awesome! You know what would be better? 42 and 6. Even better. How about 46 and 2. I seriously can't believe how I missed that. I guess it comes from all the internet 42 stuff. 46 and 2 is my favorite tool song as well. I feel ashamed

Heard it on the radio the other day and thought it would be a BLAST on Rock Band: Queen: We Will Rock You/We Are the Champions The solo at the end of "We Will Rock You" would be fun as hell. Also, singing "We Are the Champions" would be priceless. Zep, Floyd, GNR, Van Halen, etc. are all a given. Would like to see some Motley Crue back. I'm sure that I would want to smash things if I got to play "Kickstart My Heart".
OH MAN, I can't believe I've never thought of the potential that We Are the Champions holds for a four-player Rock Band session! Just a few of some personal favorites I'd love to see (no, I'm not saying they're the best candidates, just ones I really think I'd have fun playing!): Guns 'n Roses - Sweet Child o' Mine (yeah, I have it on GH2, but still!), Paradise City, Welcome to the Jungle Motley Crue - "Girls, Girls, Girls", Dr. Feelgood, Kickstart My Heart (a bit repetitive but the guitar would be a blast!) Poison - Every Rose Has Its Thorn Dr. Hook - The Cover of the Rolling Stone (tell me this wouldn't be fun to sing as a band at a party or online ) Led Zeppelin - Immigrant Song! Bon Jovi - Bad Medicine, Born to Be My Baby Steppenwolf - Born to be Wild

I said up above Megadeth. I think I'll give some details: Megadeth - Train of Consequences
- Peace Sells...But Who's Buying?
- Hangar 18
- Trust
Metallica (some more, damn it!) - The Four Horsemen
- Seek and Destroy
- Creeping Death
- Master of Puppets
- Disposable Heroes
- Dyer's Eve
- Wherever I May Roam
AC/DC - Thunderstruck
- Back In Black
Alter Bridge - Ties That Bind
- Buried Alive
Foo Fighters The Haunted Iron Maiden - Rime of the Ancient Mariner
- Powerslave
Warrant - Cherry Pie
- Uncle Tom's Cabin
That's all I can think about at the moment..

Don't forget to go get the free "Still Alive" track on 360. Wiki states that it will be available to PS3 owners on 4/17.

As much as I like TOOL and all that, Led Zepplin would absolutely destroy anything else you could put in these kind of games.

Maybe they are delaying announcing any Zep b/c they are working on making the whole box set into DLC? And if they add only one more Bowie song . . . it must be "the man who sold the world" . . . that would even make some Nirvana fans happy.

Battle for Evermore. Blech. That's probably the only Zeppelin song that I wouldn't want to see included.

You'd think that if Zeppelin was so quick to sell out to Cadillac, it would be a no-brainer to contribute tracks to a game that would only improve upon their popularity.
My wife would never stop playing the game.

There are 1000s of songs I could list and I'm sure my list would have way different stuff than most folks. But for something completely different from what's already out. How about "Kiss" by Prince. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWJYu2FRD7w

I pressed the Unfreeze button on the cryogenic chamber where this thread has been resting.
I just was listening to "La Grange" by ZZ Top. Please, please, please put this out. Maybe with "Tush" and any damned other ZZ Top tune in a song pack.

+1 million I LOVE LaGrange, probably my favorite song in GH3 (that, and Lay Down, by Priestess). I'd kill for LaGrange in RB, and preferably more ZZ Top as well.

La Grange, Tush, and Cheap Sunglasses would be a song pack that I would spend WAY too much money on. I would also like some Gov't Mule. Maybe Thorazine Shuffle or Mule. And sticking to the non radio music I would like to also see Rose Hill Drive. Showdown would probably be a good one. And playing Cigarette by The Clarks would be fun.
