Check out this report about Xbox Arcade from
IGN
Crystal Quest? In.
I'd love to know what game Q Entertainment is providing.

Is Crystal Quest the one with the isometric view and the bear runs around and collects the items? Or is that Crystal Castle because that game kicked much ass.

The game with the bear was Crystal Castles.
Oh, how I miss you, Bentley Bear!

And the little warp trick on the first level.

That game was awesome. But I always felt a little girly playing it. Not sure why. Didn't keep me from playing, though.

Crystal Quest was an incredibly addictive game I used to play on my Apple ][...perhaps the most popular game ever on that machine. You had a circular disk that you moved around the screen (2d...you looked straight down and could see the entire play field) picking up gems while avoiding all sorts of enemies (static and moving). When all gems were collected, you had to exit through a goal. Some might remember this for the feminine "sigh" that was played whenever you exited a level through the goal.

Along with the high scorer's initials being on the first level.

You should have seen J Allard almost beating the highest score set on Geometry Wars 2 at the event I went to. J has done some time in the arcade methinks.
