Question-how do I mass substitute a player in nfl2k5?

I have the broncos and they have mike anderson set at a Fullback and garrison hearst as a running back. I want to swap those 2 players, as mike anderson is a better player, and suits my running style.

There doesn't appear to be a quick and dirty "substitute in all formations" type thing like madden has.

I like the game though other than the menus aren't laid out too easily.
