According to the official announcement, Bethesda Softworks will be showing off some of its upcoming games to the public for the first time.

Fingers crossed for Fallout 4

Last year's event saw attendees offered world first opportunities to play Dishonored and Doom 3: BFG Edition.

In addition to John Carmack's annual keynote, panellists included representatives from Bethesda, Valve, Insomniac, Arkane, Telltale and Doublefine.

I'm guessing Prey 2 and Doom 4.  Quakecon is more of an FPS convention, so RPG's might be out of place.  of course they did have Dishonored there last year, so who knows?
