I have a 42"  Plasma Samsung HDTV.
With my PS2.
I run my Sony CD player through the TV and it creates a somewhat like surround sound affect.
And thats it.

I'm curious, does anyone have any good recommendations for cable management?  I've been needing to clean my cable clutter pretty bad!

zip ties work pretty well......

ditto...get a bunch of ties and do your best to wrap things up nicely.  personally, i prefer to use twist ties over zips just because they can be undone and redone easily, but that's a minor detail.  other than that, you just have to be creative with finding a way to hide the wrapped up cables from view...sometimes easier said than done depending on the type of entertainment center or tv stand you're using...

Even better:

velcro tie wraps which are gentler on the wires, and are easily removed.

EDIT: MONOPRICE FTW!

I have :

Downstairs:
Sony 30" 16:9 CRT (1080i)
Pioneer 7.1 VX1015 receiver with component switching
7.1 Harmon Kardon speakers (HKTB14 IIRC)
360 via component
Wii via component
Motorola HD-PVR via component

Upstairs:
32" RCA 4:3 tv with separation and bleeding (can't read text near edges). Perfect for kids shows.
Pioneer DVD proscan player
Sony Home Theatre in a box (6.1) used for DVDs
Motorola non-HD PVR

PC:
Dell 2405FPW 24" widescreen LCD w. DVI, Svideo, composite, VGA and component inputs
Logitech z-5500 5.1 speakers w. 6 ch in, optical and SPDIF
AMD64 3800+
4GB RAM
Vista
7600GT
