Hey all, I think we should just go ahead and use the built in Tournament feature. With that said, we can either play a 16 player tournament or a 31 team tourney. I think we should probably go with 16 since we didn't have 31 originally interested. Everyone agree?
I don't have the time nowadays to take care of the hosting etc., so someone else can take over.
Someone can go ahead and host the league if they want (jessie may be doing so already)
In Both with the Titans, and for the league I think all the team claims should still be valid.

It's me. Here lies the dilemma... My internet connection stinks and I can't complete a game. Now, if you guys need a "body" as filler, I will absolutely sign up. But I won't take someone's space who can stay connected for at least 2 quarters, when I obviously can't. I mean, how sad would it be if I were getting blown out by like 20 points, lost my connection, and then got the win? I can't do that to someone. However, if you guys absolutely need a body, just let me know and I will commit. LD (formerly known as Poncho - the Spanish Champion)

I've been having some issues with my connection recently too - Last night as well.
Since this is a tourney, the worst I can do is have the guy I'm playing advance due to my dropout. The best would be that they kick my ass anyway. Either way I'm looking at one game max!
Maybe you guys should pair Ponch and I up in the first round and it will be a war of the drops. See who holds on with Comcast the longest!!

From my research it seems to be people who use comcast and live on the East coast who are having the most problems. My brother picked up 2K5 today. He lives about 35 minutes away from me and has Comcast. I have had no issues with Adelphia so far. I am anxious to see how the game works online for him.

Hmm. I have Comcast in the Washington, DC area, and outside of Lockdown and Devil, I've had no problems for the games I've played.

I have Comcast too (Los Angeles) and have only had one problem in the few online games I've played.
It's actually fairly smooth, though I think NCAA was smoother online.

I have Comcast in Boston and I have a hard time staying connected for an entire game. Comcast keeps dual-assigning my ip address, farking up everything on my network. And their tech support seems really nice and responsive, except... they still haven't fixed it, and I reported the problem over 6 weeks ago.
