Before GG hit the dust I had brought up People Tactics as an interested FREE wargame like Empire and Panzer General. A few people said they'd be interested in a PBEM (supports 8 player PBEM) and I was wondering if anyone wanted to get down to that? http://www.peoplestactics.com/

You know, doing your turn and sending it? You know, before Al Gore invented this internet thingy we keep talking about. Or something. To post something constructive, I'm gonna have to decline on this one. Hopefully you'll find more participtants who have more free time than I.

Same for me - downloaded but not played yet Give me a week and add a participant or two more and maybe we can try it out...I'll not promise a good strategy, BUT I'll try it Now this might even call for an After Action Report (AAR) too!

On a whim I downloaded the game. I'm impressed! The supply and command/control implementation adds to the "wargame" feel without being too complex. And I guess I'm a sucker for auditory cues, cause I like the boots stomping when moving and the gunfire during the battle sequence. The text output during the battles can also be cut/pasted and used as a basis for some battle descriptions in an AAR. Count me in. Someone send a turn soon. I'll learn as I go

A Pew Research Center poll found nearly half of Americans hold the false belief that TARP was passed under President Obama, while only 34 percent know it originated under Bush. "Oh yeah?" Bush replied. "50% of the people were wrong."

Neat little game, but i'm not nearly good enough to actually compete with another human
Plus...I started to tackle "Point of Attack 2" today, finally.

Seeing as how it supports up to 8 people, I think we can do group A vs. Group B. And seeing as how the game is relatively new I see no reason to sort people other than randomly.
That said, I'll be in Group A.
Thanks, Ray
