It’s taken a long time to show up, but you can now see to the right of our main page underneath the GoGamer and ThinkGeek links that there is a Paypal link. This is not a sign that Gaming Trend is on its last leg or anything, but a reaction to users asking for the chance to donate towards the site. The money will go straight to the server payments and won’t be pocketed by Ron or any of the Gaming Trend crew. We have big plans ahead, including a re-design of the site, the database and other things. As thanks for giving a donation we will offer you your own forum tag under your nickname if you like. The tag has to be within CoC rules and you can contact [email protected] (Ron) with your special tag wish and we will get it done as soon as possible. Once again, thank you for your donation. I'm not looking to make money - anything I get sent will go directly towards these costs and getting better grades of service and such for the site. This isn't just a hobby to me and we will still move forward even if a dime didn't come our way. That said, the tally is below and I'll keep it updated:

It's like I told KD, we've got a very supportive set of readers who really love this site. For that, I thank each and every one of you, if you've donated or not. Me? I just work here, and I agree with KD. It's not a hobby. I do this because I absolutley love doing it. Being a bit behind the scenes, so to speak, is admittedly entertaining at times, but even with all the work...this is fun.
If it wasn't, we wouldn't be here.

I am rather humbled and embarrased to post this, but I need your help. I just had a major financial catastrophy that depleted my savings to zero - in short, I need your help. If there is anything you can donate to the site this month, it would be incredibly appreciated. The site isn't in danger of closing up shop or anything, but it would take a great deal of pressure off of me right now. Again, I am humbled by having to make this request, but in the position I'm in, I have no choice.
