Would SOTS work on XBLA?

I thought of this. The GUI has been called complicated by some but in fact it is very streamlined
and requires very little keyboard interaction, at least not more than a controller could handle.

Question is, would a game like Sword of the Stars work on XBLA and is it too hardcore for most console gamers?

I would buy it asap but then I am a old PC gamer at heart.
