Well I just finished the second mission of the German campaign.  What a fantastic little game! Best TBS game on the DS bar none in my opinion!! I managed to get a three star victory on the Norway campaign again but I came up just short on taking out all five coastal bunkers.  I should have:

Spoiler for Hiden:
Sent a larger force up the right hand flank of Norway and sent my navy up along the coast to take out that last bunker.

Anybody up for a multiplayer game?  I'm looking forward to trying out that side of the game.

I just replayed that mission and also did not get the last bunker. My options were to get the 3 star and 3500 pts or wait a day and finish the bunker.  I chose the former and now have a pot of over 10k for an officer- however, the one I want (the artillery guy) has not been made available this campaign.

I'd be up for a game at some point, but I haven't made time to play this much yet. Still working on finishing Pokemon Leaf Green.

Well I just had a good game with ATB and was throughly and soundly thrashed. Looks like I need to play a little bit more!  Oh and for future reference, three minute turns are NOT long enough and 30,000 points are just way to many! smile

I dunno if thrashed is the word.  I think if either of us knew what we were doing it would have been a blow out.  As it was, it was an ugly campaign by sloppy commanders....

I had the advantage right away cause I deployed on the first turn rather than gobbling up units with all my fame points Tongue.

I think 15k would be a good starting point and 4 minute turns would be suitable.

Definitely fun and would like to play again.

I completed the first campaign mission a while back. Been tied up with Holiday time stuff since, but I get some time off soon and hope to jump back in then.

Grabbed this when I impulse bought a DS a little bit ago.  Finally put some time into it and got through the first 2 axis missions.  Good fun so far, I really like experienced BF-109's and artillery.

Kinda screwed up on the second mission so I'll have to go back and do better at some point on that mission.  About 1/3 of the way through the 3rd mission and I think I've got the Belgians on the run.
