Does anyone know?  I have not heard anything yet.  I figure it has to be soon.  I don't want to miss day one of preorders.

I will, indeed, be preordering on day one.  slywink

Heck, I should check with my local gaming shop; they're independent and may already be taking reservations.  I've had Twilight Princess reserved for nearly two years now.  biggrin

Toys R Us has been taking preorders for quite a while now (December maybe?)

So will there be a shortage for Revo along the lines as 360 or since Nintendo isn't doing a WW launch, will they be plentiful?

It's too early to tell. Hell - Nintendo still hasn't announced an actual release date for their Revolution. Or its name, for that matter.

I would assume official preorders for both Revolution and PS3 will start right after E3, presuming they announce pricing and exact dates then.

Just like the 360 did, if I remember right.

Preorder on day one, whatever you do. Who knows if Sony/Nintendo will do a special deal with the Best Buys and Circuit Cities of the world this time around, thus screwing with the more 'standard' (EB and Gamestop) stores when it comes to preorders.

GameStop isn't officially taking pre-orders for Revolution or PS3, the word seems to be that we'll start taking them after E3. It should be a $50 deposit like the 360 pre-orders were.
