Zak & Wiki..?  Wait a minute, is this some kind of fruity European list?  This doesn't help Americans, therefore it's useless. ban

Advance Wars definitely tops my list, but isn't it called Days of Ruin?  Other than that I don't see anything else that I'll definitely be getting on release day except for maybe Mario Kart.

Yeah it's an EU list. Metallicorphan forgets that us Yanks get stuff a lot sooner than he does.

+ Black Hole.

Cannot wait for the next AW title- I've played through Pt 1. Am working through the far more enjoyable Pt 2 and think AW:DS (the first one I played in the series) to be amongst the finest TBS games I've ever played. Cannot wait!

Also, if I ever get back into Phoenix Wright, I might pick up the new Ace Attorney...but Pt III is still out there and I've still not grunted my way through Pt II yet.

no more heroes might finally push me into getting a wii (does that make it a system-seller?)...

I dunno, because I ignored the list because it's not for the states. I know there is plenty to play on the Wii, and it gets more play than any other system I own.

Well no single title jumps out at me.  Perhaps I haven't been following the Wii side of things enough.  I see Mario Kart is there but Mario Kart gets a big meh from me.

To name a few; Zack and Wiki (buy this game dammit!), Battalion Wars 2, DDR Hottest Party, Nights comes this month, We're getting the MX vs Atv game about 3 months earlier as well. We also already have Bleach and Naruto. There are several DS games too on that list.

That list came from C&VG, who is a European site, so it makes sense that they report European news.

If you want a decent idea of what's coming the coming soon list at Ebgames.com isn't that bad. It gives a rough estimate. Heck Gamefly seems to scoop games months before they are even announced.

In fairness I don't think any of the 3 consoles have alot of great stuff coming in the 1st quarter of 08.  Personally I plan to use early 08 to catch up on all of the stuff from the last few months.  Has Smash Brothers been delayed in North America too?

Smash Bros is February I believe.

Yeah, first quarter is pretty slim pickings.  Unlike most years, most of the major planned holidays titles actually made it out before Christmas.

Right now the ones that have my interest are:

Lost Odyssey (360)
Devil May Cry 4 (360/PS3)
No More Heroes (Wii)
Smash Bros (Wii)

Maybe Burnout but the series has never really engaged me.

I'm assuming GTA4 is at least April.

Last Ninja?  I saw that years ago at E3.  I wonder if it'll actually make it this time.

same here.....just got eternal sonata....just mario galaxy and assassins creed to go...hopefully i can get them in before say,february...i think thats when a few come out.....heard very bad things about lost oddysey(its meant to be a bit buggy and act like a PS2 game...a dogs breakfast was what i think Kotaku said) which has really dissapointed me,but i will wait for other opinions first(that was just IGNs first opinions)

Exactly what I was thinking, although I'm definately gonna give the new NiGHTS game a spin and possibly Mario Kart.

That list is why I'm selling my Wii for inflated ebay prices this holiday season, and will pick up another one later when they're more common and have better games.
