According to Worthplaying, the next Ninja Gaiden game will be released for the PS3, although it doesn't say whether it's exclusive or not.

The question is will it be so freaking hard that it will kill everyone you know up to your first grade teacher when you lose?  I mean, it's not a Ninja Gaiden game if it's easier than that  Tongue

Probably the better question is whether another egotistical developer that doesn't understand the concept of difficulty settings, casual gamers, and story oriented gamers, is put in charge of the project.

while it was initially a little frustrating, i ended up enjoying the difficulty of Ninja Gaiden in the end.  that said, i'll be disappointed beyond words if i'm not able to play the next NG game on my 360...

My understanding was that Itigaki confirmed the sequel for the 360 already.

And the way all the info about this game reads so far is that it's just an updated version of Ninja Gaiden Black. Who cares? Just wait for the actual sequel.

I'm guessing that Tecmo is pushing Itagaki hard to make this series mutliplatform so this is likely a testing the waters a bit.  Ninja Gaiden 2 will certainly be on the 360, but I woudln't be surprised to see it on the PS3 this time around too.
