HDTV, 1080i, 720p, built in over the air HDTV tuner - looks pretty solid.   Good choice!

Maybe I'm missing it but I I don't see native 720p support listed.  Shouldn't be a problem though- the only thing you will miss out on are 720p games on the original Xbox.  360 and PS3 will upconvert 720p native sources to 1080i.

Sony make excellent TVs and I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

A little on the expensive side for a 30" CRT, but that's Sony for ya.

I have a Sony 30" just like that, except without the tuner.  It rocks.  Money well spent.  The only drawback is that it's heavy.  Mine is about 170 lbs.  As long as you dont move it a lot i guess it's not an issue.

I looked through the specs - it'll do 720p.

I just bought this Sony last week (after literally years of looking...) and I could not be happier. An amazing set for the money!
