Cool, lots of "woah" moments in that trailer. Link boxing a Goron? Fighting those small dragons. Riding a boar. Those creepy ghosts. That sexy water. Running from that giant spider. And it ends with ... a wolf howling? Man, how great would it be if Link or Zelda were wearwolves in this one? Ha ha. Of course it looks good.

Oh, and kitties. I forgot the kitties! You can download the trailer at IGN, and check out a slew of images, most of which are from the trailer (if not all of 'em).

I noticed that the "explosions" when monsters were destoryed was almost the same as Wind Waker. Is this the same 3d engine just not using cell shading?

I bought my original gamecube for Zelda Windwaker and wound up trading it for an xbox recently. I'm scared to watch this as I'm afraid it'll lead to me buying another one...

For the first time ever I may be interested in a Gamecube game.
Not enough to buy the system, but that trailer had me feeling that special feeling I got when I played the original LoZ...
hmmm.

Awe dude, at this point in the Cube's cycle, there are plenty of games to support picking up a used unit. Search through the forums for the "what GameCube games should I buy" threads, or check out GamesRankings.com and see the top thirty or fourty games on the Cube. Picking up a new Mario Kart Bundle is a great deal too, and it's a fantastic party game.

I'm still not a huge fan of the "stall" that the game makes whenever you strike an enemy.

Looks pretty good, but the quality of that video isnt so hot. Im not sure I like the explosions, they should change that. Otherwise it looks like WW without cel shading. Which is good, I like WW.
