Thanks for the update!  When I first heard about Xbox Live and the Marketplace, I thought it was a stupid idea, but, I am hooked on it now.  I go on at least once a day looking for updates.  I still think it is stupid that you have to pay for themes and gamer pics, but the arcade games, demos, and trailers make it worth it.  Especially the free stuff!

If you've been playing Geometry Wars as much as you'd be playing Robotron, odds are you would've worn them down already by now. biggrin

I've long wanted to try Wik but never got around to it.  I'd love to see Live Arcade open things up for some inspired titles like this.  Bringing the indie scene to the masses.  Reminds me of the old days when shareware was so huge and there always seemed to be a game made just for you.  So many interesting ideas.

Somebody asked about a downloadable online poker game from the Marketplace.  With the poker craze that sounds like a license to print money!

Is there a list anywhere of what other Live Arcade games are coming?  I'd love to know what to expect, and what is in development.

Are you guys seeing Robotron in the download list?  I only have Joust, Gauntlet, and Smash TV available in the Coin Op Classics.

Wik has been delayed until next Monday, according to the devs on the Wik Forums.

Yes!  Hearts and Spades!  Two more games I am terrible at but love to play!  - I will become infamous very soon for being the guy noone ever wants to partner with!  I can't wait.

I downloaded the Hearts demo, played a bit, but it doesn't really let you play (same cards all the time).  How is the AI on it and Spades?  Wik reviews?

So far, I really love Geometry Wars, and Outpost Kaloki keeps me busy at times (bought that too).  I'm not a huge fan of the 'classic' games so far, though I can see the appeal.

I just cannot let myself pay even $5 for one card game on a console. Perhaps if they were in a compilation of Hearts, Spades, Whist, Bridge, etc. Too much for too little. The billiards game is another rip-off, a top-down view that's more geometry lesson than game. Wik seems fun, and certainly looks like there was some time and effort put into it. That's the kind of game I want to see more.

I downloaded and played quite a bit of Wiki last night. It is really fun, and gets pretty challenging at times too. There are three modes of play and I found all three quite fun. I hope to see a lot more arcade games like this in the future.

What three modes? I played with the PC demo a while back, and I only remember one mode of play.

Story, Challenge and another one where there were just two things (can't remember what it was called) with a looping challenge and a stay alive over the firepit challenge. I'm not really sure why challenge isn't called survival and the last mode called challenge.  :?
