When I click on the NS link to thier page from GOOGLE it just pops up a login/pass box...I cant go to the page any longer..What the hell is up with it?

The Ready Room is down too, it's the official NS news/fan site.

This probably means they're in the middle of a big site update, probably to announce their work on a HL2 mod.  Either NS2 or something else equally ambitious.

It could be anything, but I suspect it may be a retail or steam based game using the source engine, following in the footsteps of NS.
