Based on the low resolution picture, and 256 (64?) colors, I'm guessing it's a very old PC title. And a sidescroller of some sort at that.

However, even with my vast knowledge of PC/console titles, I have no clue what it is either.

Hell yes, VF is the greatest fighting series of all-time.  I fell in love with VF2, so I can't say that VF4:EO is the best ever, but it sure is greatness.

Man, I would LOVE to see this confined to console titles, because there are just way more PC games out there to mine.  Perhaps we can splinter off into seperate PC/Console threads?  I see this one going PC-only as people try to one-up each other.  Besides, I think there are some good console games to dig up.
