Can anyone direct me to the mod that enables mouse aim for RE 4 (US version). I struggle with enabling mods, so kids gloves would be appreciated.

That should point you in the right direction for the mouse aim mod.  It takes some fiddling, but if I got it working, believe me you can.  It's been a long time since I did all of this, but there's plenty of good info at the above links.
