I would have waited until the official announcement to post this, but this poster is too cool not to show.

So they "officially" accounce the game that was the cover story of Electronic Gaming Monthly? Wow I am glad they did that or I wouldn't think they were making it.

Now that is a very cool piece of cover art. Or just art in general. Nice find!

And by the way - here's the new game record for KotOR 2. Notice the PR and concept artwork for all of you to ponder over. Tim

I would almost rather not know about it...because now I know I have to wait 9 more months before I'll be playing it (hopefully only 9). And what's up with coming out in Feb...doesn't anyone shoot for the holiday season anymore? Especially with the new XBox (and the rumors it's not backwards compatible) also coming out in 2005.

After the last batch of previews I have decided to ignore any more hype. I am going to love this game like a long lost child, and I refuse to ruin it for myself.

The first game came out of nowhere (at least for me anyway), and I was absolutely impressed by it. May the sequel do just as well, even though the same developers aren't behind it.

Irony is, I'm waiting even more eagerly for the sequel because of the people behind it. Chris Avellone can ...hasn't yet... do no wrong.

I borrowed the first one from a friend recently, and found myself falling asleep a half hour into the game.
I persisted the next day, only to fail completely at becoming involved in any way.
Just not my kind of game I suppose.
I saw it coming, as I generally don't enjoy any kind of regular RPG. I just feel like I'm missing out on something great when people talk about it all the time...

Thin_J - Did you get off the first planet? Really the game doesn't get good until after getting off that rock. Now it still might not be your type of game but the quests become more interesting, the landscapes start to open up, and there is generally a better feel after the first planet.
