Hey Ron,
im very excited about this one, and the first review from IGN is very promising. I would, however, much rather play it on PC for the superior control and graphics and all that. However, there has been no word on the PC version going gold so I wanted to see if you knew if it was still scheduled to make its 3/8 release date.

Shoudl I wait and enjoy the graphics/control? I am 95% inclined to do so but could be convinced otherwise if you know its a shitty port.

Heh... according to the X-Box magazine the single player is only 5-6 hours     So it looks like the Multi-player is going to be where it's at.

WHAT? I SAID SAY WHAT NINJA????? 5-6? IGN's review mentioned NOTHING about this. while i might enjoy the multiplayer, I rarely buy shooters just for multiplayer (UT2004 and BFV etc excepted of course). I was very much looking forward to the single player.

Ron can you confirm? If this is true I am renting on XBOX.

From Gaming Horizon, page 4 of the review:

The game is also quite short, and can be completed by even the most patient and deliberate gamer in less than ten hours.

Having played all 3 versions (Xbox/Ps2/PC) I'd say go for the Xbox version if you have one. It's by far the best.

This is a console shooter, and as such the controls are designed around using a console controller.

The PC version is still fun, however. But I enjoyed the Xbox version the most.
