For whatever reason, as I begin to at least somewhat transition back into gamedom, I'm actually feeling a yearning to play some of my old PC games...and I haven't fired up my PC to game since Christmas Day (aka XBOX day) 2003 (more on this in the proper thread).

From a console perspective, I wonder what great XBOX releases I've missed in the past 3 months...tips? Suggestions? Recommendations? (I'll be checking CG reviews too...smile)

I'm currently playing Codename Panzers: Phase Two.  So far I'm loving it.  On the console side, Madden NFL 06 hit the streets this morning.

ATB-

What I forgot to say in my PM to you is that I'm also playing two PC games (something I haven't done in years):  Evil Genius and Space Rangers 2.  Space Rangers 2, which is arriving today, mainly because of the immense thread on it over at OO and because I'm a sucker for these type of space games.  Read throught that entire thread and you will see what I mean.  And Evil Genius because a friend recommended it to me and being a James Bond fan I got hooked on it.  I highly recommend both.

If you are interested in picking up Evil Genius, let me know.  I think I could part with my copy...

The Xbox has probably seen the least action of all my consoles in the last few months, but I would still highly recommend checking out Splinter Cell:Chaos Theory.  The graphics are what you would expect to see in the Xbox360, and it's one of the first SC games that's not frustrating to play.   Plus, I need someone else to play coop with online smile

I don't remember how long ago Forza came out, but I only got into it recently as well - it's worth a purchase.

I just started Chaos Theory and it is a great game.  By far the best of the series.
