I noticed that the price for Fallout BOS has come down to $30 at EBgames and FYE.  I know it wasn't worth $50, but is it worth $30?  Also, are there any insanely difficult jumping puzzles?  I hated that puzzle from the original BG:DA.

No.  It isn't even worth that.  It was so bad in so many ways that I wouldn't recommend buying it for more that $20 - which it will be at soon considering how bad it stunk.
