I traded in some games for the wireless headset.....  Anyone else have one and use it?  Or just thoughts.... I know that it is expensive at $60 and that is a turn off to some, but just overall functioning thoughts?

You're the one who has it.  What are your thoughts?

So far so good.  It is really clear and I have been talking in chat to Jarrodhk and he said that it was really clear on his end.  I like having the controls on my ear and no wires..... That is really nice.  So far it seems louder than my other headset.  So far so good and it is really comfortable!

Got it and tried it on, but haven't used it.
I mainly want it to use with my PC once the USB dongle comes out next month.

I almost bought one last night.

Does it fit over your ear or what?  I honestly couldn't tell.  And how that will work out with glasses I have no idea.  I really want wireless to cat-proof everything.

never used a bluetooth headset for your cell phone eh? They work great. I would've liked to just use my bluetooth headset with Live, but eh. whatever, I usually don't like using the headset anyways.

It fits over the ear.  Either one it doesn't matter at all and as far as glasses goes, it is pretty comfortable on your ear.  I pulled mine out to simulate glasses and it still seemed to fit alright..... not really sure though cause well....I have perfect vision just like KD now does.....

I saw a video review from one of the guys at CAG on youtube.  Beyond not having wires it didn't sound like he didin't sound very impressed, plus he had issues with the range.

Ya the range is only 30 feet.....I am sorry 30 ft isn't that bad.....  It isn't like I am running around trying to talk to people or siting a hell of a long way from my TV.  Ya if you run to the fridge or to the bathroom you will probably run out of range, I don't know about you, but I don't want to talk to people while I am in the bathroom.  I have just found it nice because it is comfortable and I don't get tangled up in the cord.  It was alway a pain to have the cord catch on the arm rest of a chair as I stood up and have it ripped out of my ear or even worse, drop and break a controller because of the cord.  I have done both and they both suck.... It is just nice not having wires to get tangled up in.

Does anyone else have one......... and would care to comment..... I mean it could just be me in my own little wolrd that likes it?

LOL30ft...well thats okay,i am about 2ft from my 360

as for the headset,i wanted them just to be donw with the wire, and then put a hub in the controller where the normal mute and voloume controls are,i understand the mute and control are on the earpiece...which has put me off,and also when you are on mute,a little beeping noise goes off every 30 seconds

like i say, just a normal hub into the controller like we have now with the normal one,i know its something else that might get lost in your bedrooms, living roomsetc, but there would be no need to take it out of the controller....volume and mute on the earpiece...who thought of that one?????

30 feet ain't bad at all.  heh, the way my place is setup I can sit on the toilet and comfortably see the TV through the bathroom door, and that's within 30 feet.  Even the controller works from there  icon_twisted

It sounds good, but for 60 bucks I can deal with a cord for a while longer.

Well, I picked it up.  Is it true you have to push the button on the console and the headset to play?  That sort of defeats the lazy purpose of the thing.  Is there not a way to push a button on the controller and the earpiece and go?

I think so, I set it by just hitting the connect on the console and the wireless headset with the controller on and it finds it and remembers it. I only did it once....
