as a subscription based service.  I wonder how much they'd charge, but since you can access it through the PS3 web browser (granted the speed is really hit or miss for me) I don't think they could get away with charging too much.

For the 360 I would think Hulu would be free for Gold members, but you never know

Seeing as how Hulu Plus will cost $9.99 when it's live, I think this will be the same situation as Netflix Instant Watch.  We'll have to pay for it if we want it.

looks like Hulu Plus will finally be out on the 360 in the next few months.  I wasn't impressed with the trial I did awhile back for the PC version, but maybe they'll make it better in the meantime.

I've been using it on the iphone and it's been pretty good.  commercials are a bit annoying, but some shows and movies have none at all.  Also there is a fairly large chunk of shows that are not available on the mobile devices despite being available on plus otherwise. frown

the latest hulu plus update on the iphone really made things a lot worse.  You no longer resume where you left off, it resets all show lists each time you start the app or resume from sleep, etc.  It's a huge step back in usability. frown

apparently that insider guy(he gets about)has said that 4oD and ITV player are coming to the 360 for UK,so that's me happy(BBC iPlayer wont be able to because it would have to free for all 360 users then by law and MS don't want that)
