I'll kick it off - I got a unique item last night. And what an item it is! Here are a few shots of my new helm, as well as the Unique in question. Click the pictures for the full size goodness without all the resizing artifacting nonsense. The new helm! And now the new armor...just out of reach!

Hey, I've been asking -- where the heck are the "stashes"? Are they only for subscribers or something? The manual mentions them, but I've not seen any in any of the stations as of yet (maybe I'm overlooking something ) I'm just level 10, don't have anything too great right now. Weapon wise, got a rare rocket launcher yesterday: A "quote" from George W. Bush included, no less. Though my Volt rifle is my bread and butter:

They're free for everybody to use (although Subscribers get more of it), and they're always within a stone's throw away from the merchant person in town.

The stash is a train station locker. They have little numbers on them in red. They are square.

BlackJack, 2 or 3 of us responded to you in the other thread; but if you still can't find the lockers, hit me up when I'm online and I'll show them to you . I'm Xflagger and just got into the guild last night (thanks ROTC! again ).

I'm wearing this bug-eyed gas mask thing, how am I supposed to see anything at foot level? I guess I'm missing my nose in front of my face, but I looked all over near the merchant in Charring Cross Station (or whatever it's called) and didn't see lockers. I'm sure at some point tonight I'll slap myself in the side of the head like in one of those V-8 vegetable juice commercials.

They're not always near a merchant though. I forgot that the one in Covent Cross (or whatever the name of the second station is) is actually a bit away from the main area. Just wander around the station and look for something that looks like what's in the background of KD's 3rd pic. of course you could always take a risk and ask on the chat channel

Once you see the first one, you'll see all the rest. Ceekay, I think there are 2 in that station, one by the tracks and one by the vendor. I could be wrong, though. It's happened before.

I'll post some when I can tonight. Though, I will say I've been extremely unlucky with drops - had a legendary shield drop, a couple of legendary mods, but that's it =( I'm a level 11 Marksman with crappy, crappy guns... though I do have a modded-out Zeus BTW Ron - where did those flameguards drop? I want some!

I got mine off a boss in Chocolate park.
They're also subscriber only, and only drop through the 11th.

Somehow I got some to drop off of the first big boss you fight in the second station (vague i know. But Cant remember names). I was level 4! Won't be able to use those for a little while.

One thing I'm struggling with is knowing intuitively what is a "great" weapon, what's a "good" one and what's something I should be replacing ASAP. I just don't have a frame of reference (my engy's level 10). I mean, are my 93, 83 etc. base damage weapons good, bad, mediocre, awful? I'm doing fine in combat (not boringly powerful, not frustratingly underpowered) so I guess I'm not really inclined to get jealous of someone else's Uuber Oomber Mega Zug Zapper but it seems pretty clear I'm not getting any Randomly Uber Drops as of yet.

And that's nuts - I had nothing but +Luck items on EVERY piece of armor, and I NEVER got that many Legendaries in my 15 Marksman. What few I got were never designed for my class (which is REALLY a pain in the ass, IMHO).

that does get annoying, having your inventory jammed up with look and only 1 or 2 items that you can use. say, does the game have it's own screenshot device or are you guys using FRAPS? I'm not fond of FRAPS as it only saves in the .bmp format unless you buy the full version (and I don't do enough screen captures to justify it).

I believe you can use /screenshot in the horrific resembles-chatting-on-a-cell-phone chat system to take a screenshot. I'm using FRAPS.

I use printscreen to get the screenshot. And they're unID'd because that's how they get traded (If you remember your D2 at all. )

My Marksman finally got a decent Legendary helm (though the Minion health buff is useless-my engy could sure use it): That qualified as a bit of an improvement.
