Long story why this matters, BUT it does. With Splinter Cell, and Call of Duty being rated T I would think there is a good chance of a T rating.
Many is this system messed up. Halo = Playboy Mansion = Single - Manhunt.

I think the warning about online gameplay altering the ESRB rating mnight help the case for a T rating. What was the original rated?

I'm pretty sure it'll be M. There's copious blood and bodies getting thrown all over the place everytime a grenade goes off. Also, in the E3 2k3 trailer, the shit word gets thrown around once. Language like that only increases the odds of a harsher rating, especially in a videogame.
For my part, I hope they take advantage of an M rating as much as possible and make the game gritty.

With all the nude,sex games coming out fighting to be M rated I think that we will finally see T = PG13 and M = R. Accually I think they should just use the movie ratings and the same standards.
