Guitar Hero III - Midnight release tonight

Who is planning on grabbing their copy of GHIII tonight at Midnight? I'm still debating with myself on whether or not I wish to do this. Hrmn, decisions...

I'll probably be up, but no store near me is doing a midnight release.  Tomorrow morning a little after noon is my ETA.  Though after playing Rock Band today, I'm not nearly as excited for GH3 tomorrow.

Well I decided to go at midnight.

Went to one walmart and they only had the WII and PS3 version.  So I drove another 10 miles to another.  They had the 360 version but with the wired controller.  No wireless.  Ughhhhh..
Wasted an hour and still have to wait until tomorrow.

Picked mine up at the local Meijer's. Got there around 10 to midnight and I was about the 6th person waiting in line. They only had 6 360 bundles in and luckily only one guy ahead of me bought a 360 bundle. Everyone else ahead of me bought Wii bundles.

I'm picking up a copy tommorow on my break at work.

I've never played a Guitar Hero game, but I downloaded and demo and even with the really shitty standard controller controls it was so much fun.

i really wanted to go the midnight sale at BestBuy (i live right across the street), but i was actually working overnight....just got home and will be going to pick up my copy around noon instead.  maybe i can talk them into giving me one of the t-shirts from the midnight release if they have any left...
