anyway, how was the online stability this weekend for you guys?  i didn't get to play nearly as much as i'd liked to have due to some unforeseen responsiblities popping up, but i was just curious if the number of people dropping out of games when started was falling?

Four people per game seems to be the magic number for me.  We had a handful of games with 7-8 GTers that ran just fine, but for the most part people were getting dropped left and right (plus there's just too many folks on a map).  All of the four player games ran pretty smooth (with the exception of the occasional voice cutout).

GG to those that played last night!  They really need to release a few more coop campaign maps, as I think we're played the existing ones to death already...

well, from Jarrodhk's console, anyway, the problem staying in a multiplayer room for extended periods of time seems to be more with the game locking up on us than us getting booted.  i haven't played the single-player to see if it's the game in general, but i'd say it's the game's net code and not people's connections.

I'll try to get on tonight and/or tomorrow for a little MP action.  Anyone else planning on playing?

please don't make me go through what i did last weekend.  i tried a quickmatch (ranked) and was dropped into a game comprised almost completely of French speaking people.  I didn't know whether to help my coop mates or shoot them....

I'm surprised they didn't surrender as soon as the match started.

lol...

well, Jarrodhk has a humongous paper to write, so i'll probably be 'saving him from the xbox' tonight sometime.  i need to work up my achievements on my live account, so i'll probably be playing single-player graw for a bit at first.

<continues to fight the addiction> I mean really, it isn't like it's a majors class or something.

Oh yeah.  It is.

In all seriousness.  If I can make on, I'll be playing some tonight.

I'm Pacific time zone as well, and will be on around 8:30 or so (depending on how fast I can get my kiddos to bed).
