I just got a DS.
Whats my first game to be?
If there are any Heroes of Might & Magic type games or something like Magic The Gathering, I'd prefer those types. But I'm open. Suggest away!!

P.S. ...I'm not into Mario or Tetris type stuff...too kiddie.

Meteos is a great puzzle game.  It's also very fun multiplayer, as I was able to play a little bit with gatorfavre this weekend.

I've enjoyed Kirby: Canvas Curse for the uniqueness it brings to the DS.  You won't ever play a game like it (at least, I don't think you have . . .).

Meteos and Kirby are probably your best bets. Zoo Keeper is pretty good too!

Oh, I guess I should add that I have no Game Boy games either, so please include any of those in your suggestions. Thanks!

Castlevania.

Dawn of Sorrow is the sole reason I'm going to buy a Nintendo DS sometime in the next few months.

Ditto.  I'm sure there will be a lot of good games on the DS in the future but that is the sole reason I have considered it.  I just love the size of the SP.

I just hope the soul collection is different (since this is supposed to be a direct sequel to AoS).  Collecting them was like an MMORPG grind and I was uber-powerful by the time I got around to beating it.  Still my favorite series on the GBA.

I'll throw in my two cents for Kirby Canvas Curse. Been enjoying it a lot!
