Bummer about the changes on the Wii version, it would've been such a fun way to control the proton pack.

The REAL Ghostbusters on PS3/360 looks fantastic.

I guess I am alone in thinking that the Wii version's art style is really cool.  I am not sure what wonderpug meant about that it would have been a fun way to control the proton pack.  You still control it with the wiimote, it is just that the core of the game is different.  I might actually get both.

I don't know.  On the one hand, I do think that the art style is cool and all, but on the other, I can't stand the fact that developers are dumbing-down games for the Wii.

I think the Wii art style is great, I just hope they can make the environments look as great as the renderings.

Hell, I wish more companies would try to develop a different graphics engine for Wii games, rather than just drop the resolution.

What I meant is that I like the direction they took with the PS3/360 versions so much more than the Wii version that I'll be buying this on the PS3/360 even though I'd prefer using the wiimote.

Well basically the dude just kept catching ghosts (lay trap, move ghosts over on the left, move them over on right, open trap.  Rinse, repeat).  That was about 70% of what went on.  15% was driving around- after he purchased the vaccuum upgrade for the car, he was able to capture ghosts while driving.  13% was moving around the map and making sure to hit ghosts so you can catch them when you drive.  And the final 2% was the end, which interestingly kind of turned into a platform game, even though there had been no other platformer elements in it up to that point.

So basically, you could just watch him catch a few ghosts and watch the end, and that would pretty much be all you needed to see.  It would shrink your viewing time from about 20 minutes to about 5 minutes.

I played a little Infernal on Gametap a few days ago.  The graphics are pretty crisp and clear and the game ran extremely smooth all cranked on my moderate system.  I believe it uses the same engine as Ghostbusters.

The game was a blast to play back in the day on the computer, but this version added some stairway bullshit.  It used to  be if you got some guys in past the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, you.  All the driving around stuff was great because it allowed you to earn money to make your ride sweet.

While I prefer what they are doing with the 360/ps3 versions, I absolutely refuse to buy a game from the developers of Bloodrayne unless everyone claims it as the bees-knees. Of all the fricking developers to pick, they pick Terminal Reality -- they bite. Period.

Atleast Red Fly studios is a wildcard for the Wii version. Mushroom Men, also by them, looks like fun.

That first Blair Witch game wasn't bad, either.

Wasn't Bloodrayne connected to the Nocturne world?

The last Bloodrayne game wasn't too bad.  The first one was pretty weak, though.

They had a Bloodrayne type character in Nocturne, but I'm not sure if they ever connected them.
