Does anyone know if there is such a product as a Gamecube controller to USB adaptor? I would really love to use a GCN controller on my PC as a gamepad. Anyone heard of such a thing? Thanks! smile

http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=76&products_id=4532&  I have ordered stuff from here before and have been very satisfied.  This adapter allows you to use pretty much any console controller on your PC.

WTF? Except for xbox. Why would they have the Dreamcast on it and not the Xbox? That is wierd. I was interested in it (as the s type is my favorite controller). Odd choice of controllers to have.

My guess is that it's a Japanese product. The X-Box is nothing in Japan.

But even so, the dreamcast over the xbox? I mean even in japan the dreamcast is dead right? Anyone know if there is one to use the xbox controller on the computer?

But the Dreamcast sold in much larger #s in Japan than the XBox ever has. The X-Box has like NO presence in Japan at all.

Dead as in Sega isn't manufacturing it, yes.  But from what I understand it's still fairly popular - you can buy DC titles in stores and whatnot.

But Lik-sang does have Xbox -> USB adapters:

Same here on the store as a whole. One question though - does this support both analog sticks of the PS2/Cube? Would make for a nice controller...

I'll let you know when mine arrives. Rest assured I will be quite angry if it does not.

Got my adaptor this week. I only have had a brief time to fool with it, but after some minor frustration and reconnects of the USB port, I got it working perfectly. Yes, both analog sticks are supported!!!

Thanks for the link GatorFavre!!!

Very, very cool.

And I see they have a SNES to PC convertor as well...

I recently got a Super Dual Box. It's a USB adapter for PS1/PS2 controllers. It's excellent. Everything works - analog sticks, the d-pad, even the vibration. I didn't want to import it, however, so I ordered it from estarland.com.
