We are going to do what so many other sites SHOULD do - let the public decide what is the best Xbox 360 title of the year.  I'd like everyone to post their top 5 in this thread.  We'll cut that list down and create polls to declare our winners.  This isn't a time to argue about anyone elses choice, so if you think Superman Returns is your GOTY for this platform, just toss it in here.  We'll laugh, but that is your vote.

In order from my top choice at the top, here's my top 5:

Viva Pinata - Superb. Brilliant. Sublime. A fantastic gaming experience and very impressive on a technical level as well.
Elder Scrolls: Oblivion
Gears of War
Test Drive Unlimited - While there are some drawbacks to the game, it's on my list purely for what it's accomplished: exactly what I've discussed with Fyedaddy before, taking presentation quality roughly in-line with last gen (maybe upping it a bit), but building up the scope of the gameworld to make it more fully-realized. Having the whole island of Oahu freely roamable and online like a mini-mmo to boot is an awesome achievement despite the game's flaws.
Dead Rising - For similar reasons as TDU: despite its flaws, it presented a gameplay experience that simply hasn't been available before now. This and TDU are perfect representatives of the kind of evolutionary gaming I want to see more of as we settle into this new generation of consoles.

Gears of War was fantastic
Saints Row
Tony Hawk 8 - I really like the way the gameplay seems to head back to the days of TH 1,2 and 3 and away from the THUG model.
