Title this under wierd, but this is also the company that is making a simulator that will put you in major catastrophies and see if you can make it out...like the planes crashing into the World Trade Center and the dropping of the atomic bombs in Japan.  Here's the PR for this one:

Quote
New York (Oct. 21, 2004) – Kuma Reality Games has released the only realistic 3D re-enactment of the controversial events surrounding John Kerry’s service in Vietnam.  The John Kerry mission is now available for download and free trial at www.kumawar.com <http://www.kumawar.com/>.

John Kerry's service in Vietnam and medals he earned there has become hotly disputed topics in Kerry's bid for the Presidency. But conflicting messages from special interest groups have made it difficult to discern fact from myth and fabrication. What actually happened? What was Kerry's role? Did he, in fact, deserve the Navy's lofty Silver Star? The Kuma\War 3D re-creation – combined with an 8-minute video news show and a wealth of background information, original documents, multimedia, and interviews with military experts – provides viewers with the information they need to judge for themselves.

Based on the Navy's records of the encounter on Feb. 28, 1969 that earned him the Silver Star, players take the role of John Kerry commanding Swift Boat PCF-94 though the small tributaries deep in the Mekong Delta. It’s a dizzying experience that turns deadly as you come under heavy fire from Viet Cong in entrenched positions on shore.  The next step, to dash out of the kill zone or to turn 90-degrees into the ambush is up to you.

“This Kuma\War game technology gives users freedom to re-create the events that day and then judge for themselves which seems most likely to have actually occurred” said Keith Halper, CEO of Kuma Reality Games.  “Regardless of one’s political viewpoint, we think everyone will gain an appreciation for the truly dangerous mission the Swift Boat sailors undertook in Vietnam.”

Providing commentary for the Kuma news video is Thomas Forrest of the Swift Boat Sailors Association.

The Kuma\War online service is available for free trial at www.kumawar.com <http://www.kumawar.com/> . For just $9.99 monthly, subscribers get access to all 24 missions which re-create the actions of real soldiers in combat around the world. Each month, subscribers can expect to receive at least three new missions online exploring headlines that are important to viewers today, including the explosive situation in Iraq and other conflicts from the war on terror.

Now also available in stores nationwide for $19.99, Kuma\War: The War on Terror, is a compilation of some of the most critical battles fought in Iraq and Afghanistan since the beginning of the war.  Purchasers of Kuma\War: The War on Terror will also get a one-month free subscription to the entire Kuma\War online service, including the John Kerry mission, at www.kumawar.com <http://www.kumawar.com/> .

As a salute to the men and women in uniform who have served their countries, Kuma Reality Games will donate $1 of all paid subscriptions to The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, which was created to assist the families of the nation's fallen heroes killed in duty.

So if I play the John Kerry mission, will my aim go wildly and hit everything but what I'm aiming at? And then can I get multiple purple hearts for just showing up?

Because we all want to reenact a mission where you shoot a fleeing half-naked teenager in the back.

Possibly to point out how stupid Kuma War is?

Don't blow a gasket there, ace.

Valhuerdi has a valid point.
Teaches me to post when im hungry.

Sounded like you were Kerry hating, which is fine and all in a political thread, but apparently I was mistaken.

Rage admits his mistake. Rage realizes he needs to stop talking in third person.
