We're really looking forward to a couple of titles due out this summer: Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 (June 28) Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon (July 5)
What is everybody else looking forward to?

Nothing really leaps to mind. Possibly Alice Returns and Dungeon Siege III, but only if the reviews are good.

Personally, Earth Defence Force is about all I'm really looking forward to and I'm curious to see if the Duke pans out. I'm a big fan of Borderlands and the BIA series, so I'm hoping Gearbox's magic does it justice. I'm only 1 person in my household though, and my son is super-pumped for Battlefield Bad Company 3 which will be a day 1 for him.

It was supposed to be a Spring release, but I'm still waiting for Avatar Legends... And Deus Ex, if it really arrives in August - do any video games actually get released on time? I'm beginning to wonder.

There's a demo for DS3 coming, so no need to wait for reviews. I don't remember when it was coming out though.

There's a demo for DS3 coming, so no need to wait for reviews. I don't remember when it was coming out though. I don't even bother with demos anymore, especially for RPGs. Demos provide such a small slice of the overall experience, and it's nearly impossible to get an accurate feel for the game from them. I remember absolutely despising the demo for FFXII when it came out, but the actual game ended up being one of my favorites from last gen.

I'm looking forward to Dungeon Siege 3 even though I know it will find ways to disappoint me. The co-op MP already sounds like a bummer but I'm hoping the game itself will still play well as a single player (with party) RPG.

summer however
Duke Nukem Forever(10th June) Alice:Madness Returns(17th June)
shit,i think that's it...maybe Deus Ex: Human Revolution, but i am not confident that that will make its release date

Since Dirt 3 just came out I think Earth Defense Force is about the only other title I was really anticipating.
I had been looking forward to Red Faction: Armageddon, but it sounds like they sort of took out a lot of the elements I liked about Guerrilla.
A few more games fall into the "not must haves, but might check out" category: Lord of the Rings: War in the North, Dungeon Siege 3 and Duke Nukem.

Hope to finish Portal 2, LA Noire and MK story mode over the summer. Would also like to finish Fallout 3 and replay Bioshock...and then try out Bioshock 2 in preparation for infinite.

Nothing other than NCAA and Madden. When does the new FiFA usually come out? It will release late September - early October. I just had coffee today with a buddy on the dev team and that's what they've been told - unless of course there's some natural disaster here in Vancouver. FIFA 12 will be the the first that features the Vancouver Whitecaps as one of the MLS teams, so I'm pumped.

I made a list of games that I plan to get which I'll have missed from being overseas for most of June, so it's going to include a few games already released.
Duke Nukem Forever Zelda 3DS Red Faction: Armageddon inFAMOUS 2 F.E.A.R 3
And the stuff already released:
LA Noire Portal 2

Having just dove back into 2 Shin Megami Tensei games this weekend and enjoying both very much, I'm starting to convince myself that Catherine is likely going to be a day 1 for me. It's out in late July and has the same Atlus creative directors that were behind the Persona 3 and 4 and has animation in it by Studio 4C. The game looks like nothing I've played before - 1 part JRGP, 1 part very-mature dating sim, 1 part horror, etc... It's a game I'll be playing late at night when the kids are in bed, that's for sure.
