Good Tactical TBS Games?

How could I forget the Ghost Recon game for the 3DS? It's very good, reasonably new, and is made by the same guy who designed the original X-Com. It was easily considered the best launch game for the 3DS.

The Banner Saga may be exactly what you're looking for.

It's a kickstarter game, and I've been following it for awhile now.  If graphics aren't a big deal, but gameplay and strategy/tactics is - you should definately keep an eye on this.
