Vark is an Bethesda Employee...which means they have the final version over there now, cause the beta version of the game doesn't connect to the retail Xbox Live servers, it has to be a final retail version.

Lets see....embargo till Saturday, appearance of themes and trailer, events, and now Achievements?  I'd say we'll be seeing a gold announcement in the next few days...

What makes that official? Thats the same date being suggested at the retailer sites (EBgames, Amazon, etc.).

I don't see any announcement at Bethsoft.

The fact that Microsoft only posts the date when they get it straight from the developers of the game (I asked).

They had it as (To be determined) until today.

Also, don't look for any word from Bethesda until the last possible moment, per usual. I'd say 2 weeks until we see anything from them about this.
