Hmm the 3rd pic looks pretty cool but the first couple look a little bland.  I am just not able to enjoy those cell shaded graphics I'm afraid.

As cool as this looks, I just need to admit to myself that I don't like TBRPGs

I like the cell-shaded graphics.  I'm still not sick of them.  I prefer them to the terrible textures and jaggies that pervade too many RPG's to count.

I still prefer the hand-drawn 16-bit look (sprites!) so maybe it's just the nostalgia talking.

IGN has some impressions here.  I'm not the biggest fan of SRPGs, but this one sounds good and I'm a big fan of the Suikoden series.  It's odd that they chose to base the game around the least popular game in the series, especially since they're redoing the graphics instead of using the same ones as in Suikoden 4.
