I have a friend coming over from out of town and we will probably want some hangover gaming.  He is not good at console games but we love to play.  I don' tthink he would like to learn NCAA or NFL football.  We will probably do some NHL or Fifa but those also have learning curves.  But is there some other games that are new that are good for coop?  No puzzle games but they can't be too complex either.

I like Def Jam FFNY but I don't know if I want to pay full amount for it, I will buy it used in a month.  Maybe a rental?

Anyway, if there are any others I would like it.  I have DOA3 and Soul Caliber but he doesn't relaly like regular fighters.  And there is DOA:XBV but he freaks out when his wife sees him playing that.

Is SW battle front Live only?  Can we play like Halo?

Does anyone know if Full Spectrum Warrior has a non Live co-op mode?  That may fit the bill.

Battlefront and Halo are the two games my wife will play with me, because of co-op. Both are great co-op games.

Nope on Full Spectrum - LIVE or bust smile  I always like the Baldur's Gate games - can't give them enough credit - that type of stuff is really fun I'd recommend 2 cause ya split the money - lil more diplomatic smile  If you like the co-opt RPG thing of course.  Along the same lines is Xmen - havent played it nor am I an Xmen fan but it still looked pretty good, I think peeps have been havin fun with it and its one Im lookin to at very least rent - maybe give that a shot with rental or pick it up if resources allow.

Did Serious Sam (console) include Co-op?

I always keep a Tiger Woods golf and maybe PGR2 around - though neither is really co-op...
