Fight Club Demo

My roommates and I have been playing this a LOT over the last couple of days. It seemed pretty uninspired at first until one of us accidentally struck upon one of the cool bone breaker combos and then discovered the "secret" arena and it's been tough love ever since. We rapidly came to the realization that the control info screen that flashes by too fast to read actually bears little relation on the way that the game actually controls. Anyone know a good place to go to find a better description of the controls for this?

I tried this demo out by myself for a few minutes but got frustrated very quickly.  Maybe there is some method of control that works great, but I couldn't get much going on.

One of the things we figured out was that the black button and the white button do grab maneuvers when in close. These are the buttons that give you the absolutely brutal bonecracker moves. The first time you get your guy to grab your opponent's arm and snap it backwards will likely renew your interest in the demo

The response to the buttons can be unpredictable though and it would be nice if there were some sort of online demo manual
